Service is the asset. The line is digital-twin.
Chain2Land is not about putting real-world assets on-chain. We build a digital-twin production line that runs continuously for time-metered services. We start with resorts.
Mission
Give every real-world service a digital twin that is always on, auditable, and settlement-ready on-chain.
Why now
What changed in the real world this year. Global resort inventory is under pressure; the share of owners holding for ten years or more without a clear exit is at a record high. On the other side, on-chain stablecoin float has crossed the trillion-dollar mark, and cross-border capital is, for the first time, putting sustained demand on cashflow-generating real-world assets. Supply and demand arrived on-chain at the same time.
Why the RWA path is finally workable in 2026. The law did not change. The infrastructure caught up. The Stripe Projects × Cloudflare protocol (April 2026) standardizes account creation, payment binding, domain purchase, database setup, and production deployment into a single CLI flow. AI agents can now maintain the operational state of a small production line on their own. A resort's digital twin, which used to require a ten-engineer team, now runs on one company plus a set of agents.
Why Chain2Land has a window now. Most operators in this space still treat RWA as asset tokenization — a one-shot move like writing a deed onto the chain. We do not do one-shot. We run a production line — on-chain facts and real-world service stay reconciled, both ends never drift apart. The window: many people do one-shot, very few build a production line, and once a production line runs, it scales.
What makes us different
Blockchain as the organization. Agents as the workforce.
| What others do | What we do |
|---|---|
| Putting asset proof on-chain (one-shot) | Letting on-chain facts and real-world service stay in sync (production state) |
| Treating the chain as a ledger and assets as line items | Treating the blockchain as the organization, and agents as the workforce — running a real production line |
| Tokenizing along product/weight logic (real estate, commodities) | Serving only time-metered service industries — resorts, cruises, leisure, eldercare; current focus is resorts |
| Issuance, operations, and asset management all in one — roles unsorted | We are the production line. Issuance, operations, and asset management run as separate layers with clear roles |
Team
We are not a parachuted-in team, and we do not list names on this page.
Our background spans three threads:
- Asset management practice — resort diligence, SPV setup, cross-border acquisition
- On-chain protocol engineering — smart contracts, on-chain identity, on-chain reconciliation
- Resort operations — PMS / OTA / POS system-level integration with local compliance
We would rather put our judgment in documents and our actions in code. When a meeting is called for, we will be there.

Company
Chain2Land is operated by MetaBio LLC (Delaware). The company stays in the back; the brand stays in the front. Roles do not blur.
